Job Description:

CLINICAL PROVIDER SUPERVISOR, OUTPATIENTSPRINGFIELD, MO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Provider Supervisor to join our Outpatient team in Springfield, Missouri. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of clinical providers and ensuring that they have the support and guidance they need to deliver high-quality mental health services to students. This role involves providing regular supervision, mentoring, and coaching, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Additionally, pending approval from the Burrell Licensure Committee, this role may also involve providing clinical supervision to individuals in training. As a Clinical Provider Supervisor, you will supervise, manage, and lead a team of Outpatient Services clinical providers while maintaining a clinical caseload. You will also be responsible for managing team member performance and adherence to job duties and responsibilities and contributing to successful program operations for your respective department and associated strategic goals.

***Key Responsibilities***

  • Provide regular, structured supervision to a team of clinical providers, including individual and group supervision, and ensure that all supervisees receive appropriate support and guidance to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with supervisees to establish clear expectations and goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Assist supervisees in managing their schedules and workload effectively, ensuring compliance with DMH standards and departmental requirements.
  • Deliver individual, group, family, and other evidence-based interventions as needed, consistent with best practices and agency standards.
  • Participate in emergency response efforts, providing timely and effective support during crises or urgent situations.
  • Contribute to recruitment and hiring processes for school-based staff, helping to identify top talent and build a strong, diverse team.
  • Participate in staff development and training initiatives, including the design and delivery of new hire orientations and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to promote positive outcomes for clients and advance organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting client progress, treatment plans, and service delivery in accordance with regulatory requirements and agency protocols.
  • Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices, applying knowledge to inform clinical decision-making and optimize service delivery.

***Qualifications***

  • Master's degree or licensed professional with post licensure experience in mental health.
  • Must possess a Missouri State license as a Psychologist, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC or LPC.
