Key Responsibilities:
* Individual counseling: Address clients' mental health needs and personal goals through one-on-one sessions
* Group counseling: Guide supportive sessions for individuals facing common hardships
* Group education: Deliver lectures on subjects like stress management and coping strategies
* Assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns via interviews and standardized measures
* Intervention: Mediate conflicts and improve relationships
* Multidisciplinary collaboration: Partner with professionals engaged in client care
* Referral coordination: Arrange appropriate referrals to specialized services

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
* Current Missouri Licensure (provisional accepted) as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, or LP
* Or...
* Master's degree in a license-eligible field with intentions to seek licensure
