Computer skills required and must be 21 and able to drive a 15 passenger van in order to do a van route. Applicant will transport individuals to places outside their residence for purposes such as appointments, entertainment, exercise, recreation, shopping or social activities, volunteering, supervise community outings
Duties:
- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
- Charting or taking notes for others to review
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
