Now hiring a Front Desk Administrator in Frisco, Texas! We are seeking an energetic professional to be the first face visitors and vendors will meet upon their arrival, answer calls, monitor emails, serve as building liaison to the janitorial team, support the building manager, manage the EV Charging stations, maintain tidy and presentable common areas on all floors, organize and prep rooms for meetings and events, and perform the opening and closing duties, and will also focus responsibilities on Warranty & Fleet, Dispatch and Logistics, as well as any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
