This position reports to our Senior Manager Accounts Payable, is considered hybrid, and must be in a commutable distance to our offices in Burlington, NJ.

A Day in the Life

• Accurate and timely research of vendor shortage disputes, utilizing analytical tools and the ability to navigate through multiple systems to draw sound conclusions based on results, while maintaining valid and complete supporting documentation for the conclusions

• Timely resolution with business partners.

• Identify and recommend process improvement initiatives and monitoring controls within functional areas and escalate and resolve issues proactively.

• Review and maintain systems, procedures, and policies around accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines and monitor SOX compliance for all processes and procedures.

• Develop and retain a working relationship with Vendor Community, DC associates, Vendor Relations, and other Business Units.

• Cross train in all accounting areas

You’ll Come With

• High school Diploma required, Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3 years’ related Accounts Payable experience

• Understanding of business, accounting, and accounts payable policies

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Oracle R12 and/or Oracle Purchasing, Micro Strategy and other reporting tools

• Understanding of and adherence to control procedures

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
