```Duties```
- Receive and unload incoming shipments of merchandise
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items received to purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect and record any damaged or missing items
- Sort, label, and store received merchandise in designated areas
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments for delivery or pick-up
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks (certification preferred)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying shipments
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently
