Overview

The Director of Change Communications will play a lead role in helping Burlington execute impactful change initiatives across our growing organization. This is a unique hands-on role that will manage change communications from beginning to end - from initial stakeholder analysis to determining the effectiveness of a completed plan, and everything in between. You are an exceptional writer/editor who will enthusiastically and quickly create web content, leadership messages, talking points, memos, cascades, scripts, FAQs, and storyboards for video (did we mention you’ll have access to our in-house studio and multimedia team to execute your vision?) You are very organized and detail oriented. Your editorial calendar will be well-managed and your plans shareable up to the top of our organization. You have excellent presentation skills and leadership presence, you can interact with every level of the business from c-suite to front line associate, and you have experience in the fine art of influencing without authority.

We are a growing company which is great because you thrive in environments that are fast-changing and dynamic. However, you also like being part of a supportive team, in an inclusive and welcoming environment, one where you can bring your true self to work- Burlington is the place!
