Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team in Cincinnati as a Cashier Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to customers at the cash register, ensuring accurate transaction processing and a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them with their purchases
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and throughout the store
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely and in accordance with company policies
- Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
