Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Skills:

- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the wireless or jewelry industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques to increase average transaction value
- Basic understanding of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service to customers
