Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Rapidly qualify incoming leads for an exceptional customer service experience.
• Consistently add a defined number of new prospects to the sales pipeline through incoming leads, cold calling, email, social media marketing and other communication methods.
• Regularly discover a specific number of new business opportunities within your designated geography.
• Keep the customer database current and accurate to support selling efforts.
• Responsively qualify inbound leads to ensure prompt action.
• Contribute to the development of new sales strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Quickly assess customer needs and understand their “Why”
• Promote product features that align with customer needs.
• Regularly engage in a set number of product education activities to boost confidence and productivity.
• Successfully negotiate and close a defined number of sales agreements.
• Maintain and nurture ongoing customer relationships by effectively managing contacts.
• Hybrid working opportunities may be available upon completion of training.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with online & phone sales is optimal but not required
• Active listening skills to hear and address the concerns & needs of customers
• Personable, skilled in building relationships & networks with a wide variety of people
• Persuasive, Engaging, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with all forms of digital communication, including: word processing software, spreadsheet software, email management, data entry, social media platforms and digital calendars.
• Mathematical skills for calculating percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with others, interacting with operations, marketing, or other sales team members to meet sales goals and maintain smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
