**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through meticulous testing and analysis.
Burkhead DeVane operates on a 4 day x 10 hour (Mon. -Thur.) work week.
Quarterly KPI bonus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
- Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices for precise measurements
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality system standards to uphold product integrity
- Ensure compliance with CGMP, and other quality standards
- Assist in quality audits to assess adherence to established procedures
- Collaborate with the quality management team to address any quality issues promptly
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control processes
- Knowledge & understanding of, and experience with ISO 9001 quality standards
* ISO 9001 Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is a plus *
- Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends
- Familiarity with tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
- Understanding of CGMP requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
