Position Overview
Burkhart Dental Supply, a family & employee-owned industry leader, is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to join our team in Reno, NV.
In this role…You will serve as a front-line supervisor and maintain daily production flow for outbound operations through motivating and managing DC Associates on the outbound team.
- You will have a direct impact on the continuous improvement process to improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
To be successful…You will lead the DC team in a way that is cost-effective and efficient while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere for our associates by:
- Supporting the DC Operations.
- Ensuring productivity.
- Keeping the DC safe and operational.
- Building Burkhart’s long-term success.
Requirements for this role…
- 3 years of distribution experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
