HVAC INSTALLATION HELPER REQUIREMENTS

As an entry-level helper, you're excited to learn this skilled trade! On a daily basis, you go out into the field with our experienced technicians and installers, observe, and assist them as needed. They train you on how to install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment, as well as how to professionally interact with our clients.

Learning this skilled trade is a top priority to you, so you ask questions when something doesn't make sense. You feel that working with our team is a privilege. You have a positive and attitude and love going to work and learning something new every day!

• 0-3 years of experience of HVAC Installation experience
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job
• Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record
