As we expand, we're seeking a Service Writer/Advisor committed to excellence, customer satisfaction, and growth within the industry.

Role Overview:

As a Service Writer/Advisor, you'll be the frontline of communication between our customers and our service team, ensuring smooth and effective management of maintenance and repair processes for our Kubota and Toro equipment lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and gather information about their equipment needs and issues.
• Write up service orders, outlining detailed information on the diagnostic findings and required repairs.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the technicians, relaying customer needs and ensuring all services are performed to the highest standards.
• Explain service costs and work performed to customers, ensuring transparency and building trust.
• Manage service records and documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
• Follow up with customers on service experience and manage feedback to improve service delivery.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Service Writer/Advisor, preferably in diesel machinery or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Kubota and Toro equipment and the ability to articulate technical issues and recommended repairs to customers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
