About us
We are a uniquely structured restaurant that thrives on teamwork.
Our Kitchen specifically is a small crew. As we look into opening for brunch and lunch for the season, it's clear that the time to grow has come. With that we adopted a new pay structure that would allow us to be competitive with other similar businesses. Our kitchen staff makes $16-$18/hr plus 15% of all tips collected during shift service. This allows our kitchen staff to have stable income as a base with the bonus of a flex in pay that generally reaches $21-24/hr. With this, expectations are made clear and are communicated. We believe our team is successful due to open lines of communication and understanding.
Our current menu contains several varieties of charcuterie bourds, salads, sandwiches, and other various small plates. The goal with this growth is to find the right people who could help push us into launching a brunch menu, being open more hours, and even being able to offer nightly dinners.
We are a company that welcomes creatvity, that doesn't shy away from meaningful input from staff, and believes in helping maintain a stable work environment for everyone.
If this job is one that interests you to your culinary core, reach out and let's get an interview scheduled!
