**Job Description:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Beer Tenders at Burghers Beer Garden. As a Beer Tender, you will be the face of our brewery, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. This role requires a passion for craft beer, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

- Serve beer and burgers with precision and care

- Provide detailed knowledge about our beers, brewing process, brewery history and food!

- Assist customers in selecting beers based on their preferences

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beer garden and serving areas

- Monitor and manage inventory levels

- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions

- Assist in setting up and breaking down events as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred

- Strong knowledge of craft beer or a willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume service periods

- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
