**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. **Duties:** - Assist the Manager in supervising staff and daily store operations - Ability to cook burgers and supporting items to slow and high volume times. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints - Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records - Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques - Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization - Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance **Skills:** Basic math skills for inventory control and financial transactions - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
