We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Leader to join our team. As a Night Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the night operations of our establishment. Your role will involve overseeing the kitchen, ensuring food production meets quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. Duties:
- Supervise night shift operations, including managing staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Train and mentor new team members
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
