$50,000 to $60,000 per yearWe are seeking General Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a BURGER KING Restaurant team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of 25-45 workers
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Hiring/Staffing the Restaurant as needed
- Motivate and insure team accomplishes store and company goals
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees to company standards
- Track daily, weekly and monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
​ Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Work 47-50 hour week
