Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train staff members, including assistant managers and catering personnel
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate events and promotions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in POS software and management systems
