Responsibilities:

• Dispatching work to several technicians
• Coordinating service work and maintaining an orderly work flow in the shop
• Maintaining quality control checking customer vehicles
• Estimating repairs and more

Qualifications and Skills:

• Dealership Service Advisor Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A professional, upbeat and friendly attitude & must also be a team player
• Strong verbal and oral communication
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Attention to Detail
• Computer proficiency
• Automotive technical knowledge
• Strong customer-relations skills
• Willing to learn additional responsibilities to assist your team
• Experience with Dealer Track computer systems a plus but not required
• Experience driving manual transmission a plus but not required
