ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an employee of Burch Boehner State Farm Insurance office, your role will be to provide customer service and support to existing and new clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, provide a personal experience, and ensure client satisfaction throughout their experience with you and my office. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Maintain accurate, clear and concise records.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Work with team to meet client needs.
Progress through specified training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Spanish Speaker- Fluent
Dedication to your team and clients.
Service experience preferred but not required if you can demonstrate an ability to learn on the job.
Proficient in Outlook and can communicate orally and in writing (phone, email, text)
