Job Description
The Front Desk Administrator position answers incoming phone calls, makes outgoing calls to confirm patient appointments, checks-in patients, collects co-pays, verifies and updates insurance information and coordinates the patient schedule. The Front Desk Administrator will use EMR (electronic medical records) and practice management software, so computer skills are a must.
Prior experience in a pediatric office is preferred.
Knowledge of eClinicalWorks is preferred, but not mandatory.
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred, but not mandatory.
