Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our food service operations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including culinary operations, team management, customer service, and inventory control. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Manage and train staff in food preparation, service, and customer interaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Conduct interviews and hire new team members - Create employee schedules and manage labor costs - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials - Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase sales Skills: - Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques and flavor profiles - Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting - Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience - Proficient in supervising employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Ability to effectively manage inventory control to minimize waste and maximize profitability - Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of restaurant management software systems is a plus If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for the culinary industry and a proven track record in restaurant management, we invite you to apply for the position of General Manager.
