Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining and possess strong technical skills.

Duties:
- Set up machines (such as lathes, milling machines, and presses) according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating various types of machinery, including lathes, milling machines, and presses
- Knowledge of machining techniques and tooling
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
