Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Distiller to join our team. As a Distiller, you will be responsible for producing high-quality spirits and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities:
- Operate distillation equipment and monitor the production process
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of distillation equipment
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas
- Monitor fermentation processes and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with the production team to develop new recipes and flavors
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Distiller or in a similar role within the food or craft beer industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and forklift operation
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
