What will your typical week consist of?

• 80% of your time will be spent assisting the Lead Builder while learning new programs/processes.
• 20% of your time will be split between consulting with Builders, Plumbers, Electricians, and other team members.

What you’ll learn:

• Latest technological advancements in automation and related industries.
• Robotics, laser technologies, tracking, testing, vision, high speed assembly, and much more.
• To effectively operate Lathe, Mill, Drill Press, Surface Grinder, and Sanders.

Who you’ll work with:

Mechanical Engineers, Controls Engineers, all levels of management, Electricians, and Customers.

Assembly Lead

What to know coming in:

• High School or vocational shop class.
• Desire to learn the building process, including assembly, debug, installation, and customer service.
