Core Functions:

• Must actively participate in Bunge's Employee Proactive Safety Program
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and all employees
• Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service of equipment.
• Troubleshoot, locate, test, identify, or diagnose electrical malfunction and then adjust, repair, or replace.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facility.
• Calibrate and/or troubleshoot process instrumentation
• Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties
• Inspect for conformity to industry standards or specifications
• Perform welding including light fabrication of equipment and parts
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and remove material and equipment from job site
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Perform movement of materials while using mobile equipment to company safety standards
  Skill/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Millwright experience is required.
• Must be proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English for the purposes of record keeping, safety and quality training processes and communicating business related information.
• Familiar with scales, augers, cooking mill, and other like equipment related to the milling processes is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environment.
• Previous work in a milling facility is a plus.
• Experience with SAP maintenance software a plus.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work on-call as needed.
