Job Title: Host/Host

Duties:

- Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage Uber delivery orders
- Assist in seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
- Manage waitlist and reservations using tablet
- Have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Greet customers upon departure

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
