Accessible for any fitness level, Bünda combines the low-impact cardio burn of the stair climber with strength training.

Bünda Westlake Village brings the exciting West Hollywood and West LA workout staple to the Conejo Valley and joins the growing Bünda brand as one of the first franchises of their roster. Be part of the movement as this exciting brand continues to grow!

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Studio Manager for Bünda Westlake Village. In this position, you will collaborate closely with franchise owners, offering leadership, training, and guidance to our team. The Studio Manager is more than a mentor; they serve as an ambassador for our brand and a proven leader, inspiring the team to build a vibrant Bünda community in the Conejo Valley. Additionally, as the Sales lead, you will devise strategies for lead generation, social media, and marketing to enhance fitness membership sales and promote the health benefits of a balanced lifestyle.

Operations

• Ensure Bünda branding in all actions and that all front desk systems and studio practices/processes are followed.
• Responsible for helping to recruit, on-board, and development of trainers and front desk staff.
• Properly train, empower, monitor and evaluate specific responsibilities of all staff.
• Builds and maintains class sizes through scheduling optimization.
• Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio.
• Effectively manage ordering, inventory, timekeeping, and facilities maintenance in a cost conscious way.
• Maintain an active presence in the studio. At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is a required day of work unless requested off.
• Manage, monitor, coach, develop, and consistently evaluate the performance of all staff.
• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service and provide effective and timely decision-making regarding customer service issues.
• Plan thoughtful and creative events to build community and culture within the studio through a strong presence in the studio and on social media.
• Work with management to ensure all resources are being utilized effectively so that follow up is occurring at all levels. Effectively communicate consistently regarding goals and progress throughout the month.

Sales

• Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers such as: pre-sale events, studio events, community outreach.
• Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPIs) and revenue goals through developing a high-energy sales culture. Is promotionally oriented and can direct sales through client outreach and contests/incentive-based motivation.
• Develops and cultivates strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to drive sales, packages, and member engagement.
• Supports and manages trainers and front desk staff in setting and achieving all sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior management experience within the health and fitness industry
• Must be a certified personal trainer – group fitness experience preferred.
• Must have an affinity and passion for fitness, wellness, and working with others.
• Experience in training and motivating team members
• Experience using social media for digital marketing and video creation is a plus!
• Confident in generating sales through management of digital leads, conversions, and daily inquiries about the studio.
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Positivity, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and commitment to established goals.
• Ability to work well under pressure, problem solve, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
• Attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including occasional long hours, early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
• HS Diploma
