Buncha is looking for a detailed oriented Weekend / Delivery Driver who thrives in a face-paced, changing environment, loves helping people and wants to have an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering grocery orders from multiple locations to the customers doors, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.

What We’re Looking for?

• Highly motivated and self-managing with a passion for communication and problem solving

• Able to enthusiastically meet our driver standards for timeliness, accuracy, and customer service
• Technical aptitude for operating logistics applications
• Adept at driving vans and/or larger vehicles and excellent spatial awareness
• 2-3 years experience as delivery driver
• Prior experience performing multi-stop deliveries
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Have a valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must pass background check and insurability
• Able to lift 50 LBs

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Work with our Operations team to:
• Deliver with an optimized predetermined route to multiple customers in our areas of operation; accommodating route changes as needed
• Coordinating with shoppers and picking up grocery orders from multiple locations
• Shopping for Buncha orders as needed, using the Buncha app to communicate with customers.
• Adhere to delivery instructions, including special notes for accessing certain drop points.
• Effectively communicate work orders or other messages to and from shoppers, drivers, and dispatchers.
• Communicating with customers about order details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests
• Control and monitor efficient delivery operations
• Organizing all orders each day inside the delivery vehicle and ensuring the orders are safe and will maintain excellent quality for the customer
• Maintaining records of vehicle checks and service needs
• Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best-in-class customer service.
