Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Freelance Designer to join our team. This role involves designing product packaging, branding, and marketing materials that reflect the fun and lively spirit of Bumble Plants. If you love plants or have a keen understanding of how they work, that's a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative and eye-catching product packaging that stands out on the shelf.
• Develop cohesive branding materials that tell the Bumble Plants story.
• Create marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, and promotional flyers.
• Collaborate with the team to understand product features and marketing goals.
• Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories through design.
• Passion for plants or a willingness to learn about them.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to attend occasional in-office meetings to get hands-on with our products.
