Fast growing restoration contracting company is looking for the following.

Fire, Water & Mold cleanup & restoration contractor seeks Experienced Estimator/ Project Manager. Must be proficient in Xactimate Large loss experience a plus. IICRC WRT &/or other Certifications helpful.

Sell, Sign, Write and oversee job production. Work with adjusters, consultants, customers, subcontractors & in office coordinators to scope, write, sketch & sign initial paperwork through final bill on losses. Good Communication skills & drivers license necessary.

Company Vehicle, cell phone, Laptop, IPad provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Xactimate is a must! Minimum 5 years.
• English literacy and fluency
• Understanding of MSDS Data sheets, and applicability to jobs
• Extensive Customer Service experience
• Advanced Microsoft offices skills,
• Professional demeanor and appearance, excellent telephone skills.
• Ability to work well with others, maintain professional interaction with co-workers and vendors.
• Must be an extreme multitasker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
