Bullseye Wood Specialties is a high end custom cabinetry company in business for over 40 years. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Duties include: Full cycle accounting, processing vendor invoices and check payments, cash deposits, bi-weekly payroll, customer billings, revenue recognition using percentage completion, journal entries, file and pay monthly sales tax returns, bank and credit card reconciliations, monthly financial statement preparation. Other responsibilities include ordering job materials and office supplies.
Candidates need to have thorough knowledge of, and experience with, QuickBooks along with basic accounting skills and computer proficiency. Must have experience with QuickBooks desktop, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word. Must have good organization and communication skills.
