Bulls Eye Recruiting is seeking a treasurer for a Round E start up with Private Equity backing.This is a fully remote role and can be located anywhere, but preferences are in Texas. You have to love what you do. Our clients clients, amongst other things, manage the flow of a trillion gallons of water a year; operate over 10% of the world's drill ships; produce a quarter of America's non-alcoholic carbonated beverages; and manufacture roughly half of America's candy canes. Our client's networks are central to keeping the machines that make those statistics possible running smoothly. We are looking for someone who has been through the scale-up phase at a company in the capacity of a Treasurer or CFO and understands how important it is for Finance to remain a part of the overall company community. CPA (extra credit if also a CTP).
At least three years serving as a Treasurer or CFO at a B2B SAAS or PAAS company as it went through scaling up.
Wizard-level familiarity (as evidenced by training certificates) with NetSuite.
Experience running a finance team of at least three people.
Experience in a management role for HR systems and the HR compensation processes.
Experience preparing reports and providing analysis to a Board with private equity backers.
Experience with partitioned offshore financial operations.
Experience with fundraising processes and bank relations.
Willing and able to obtain and sustain a security clearance.
Strong references from prior employers, auditors, and direct report controllers.
