Bulldog Swim Academy, based in New Haven County, CT, is growing and needs you to help us
provide excellent service to families in our community. Bulldog Swim Academy provides learn to
swim programs for infants, children and adults. We help people of all ages become water safe
and build confidence! We currently offer our programs at Albertus Magnus College in New
Haven and will open a brand new facility in Orange, CT in August of 2024! This new facility will
have two shallow, warm-water pools, purpose built to provide lessons for all ages.
Bulldog Swim Academy is hiring for the position of Assistant Operations Manager. This position
oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility.

The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the day-to-day
operations of the Bulldog Swim Academy site. This person will ensure that we provide safe, fun
and educational programs which delight our guests and strive to provide them with excellent
customer service. This role is also responsible to ensure that our instructors and staff work in a
safe, supportive environment where they can learn valuable professional skills and develop and
grow as employees and people. We believe that we are responsible for creating an excellent
environment for both our guests and our employees.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Two or more years of related experience.

• Swim Instruction experience desired.
• Customer service experience desired.
