Job Title: Operations Manager

This position will support Louisiana and Williston, ND locations

**50% travel is required**

Overview: Bulldog Services LLP is seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the execution of the company vision as it regards Direction, Safety, Quality, and Growth of the company. The OM must learn & understand all aspects of the BDS products & services along with the industry standards and requirements by which these sectors remain in compliance. The OM is responsible for building a team of competent individuals who either are experienced or possess the fundamental characteristics, mechanical skills, and integrity that are required to build a successful service and customer-oriented career. The OM is furthermore responsible for the financial wellbeing of the facility and its assets. As noted below the OM role plays key in each sector of the business to assure that company policies and procedures are held to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of department managers and staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
4. Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials while maintaining budgetary constraints.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operations and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.
6. Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, and implement policies and procedures to uphold ethical and legal standards.
8. Communication: Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring effective information sharing and problem-solving.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong leadership and managerial skills., with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools/software.
7. Oversight of budgeting and forecasting processes for annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
8. Accountable for maintaining inventory asset accuracy and responsibility for small parts valued at $2 million.
