SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position will process all U.S. Specialized maintenance invoices. Maintenance invoices and warranty processing through the maintenance software, MIR-RT, all are entered accurately and sent to A/P for timely payments to suppliers. Occasionally will interface with suppliers. Will work with multiple U.S Specialized maintenance locations and companies.

In addition, this role is responsible to support business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Procurement and Processing Senior Manager.
• Input invoices into MIR-RT.
• Reconcile statements from suppliers.
• Assist Shop Managers for multiple locations and assist with parts input.
• Monitor open purchase orders for multiple locations.
• Audit purchases to ensure the right suppliers and accounts are being utilized.
• Manage part inventories for multiple locations.
• Run monthly reports as directed and follow up throughout the month at multiple locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Previous transportation experience a plus.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to work with employees and vendors at all levels of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
