The Selling Supervisor leads by example on the sales floor. The Selling Supervisor supports the Store Director and / or Assistant Manager by balancing their time to achieve individual sales goals while also inspiring and regularly coaching the sales team on how to deliver exceptional service and reach the daily sales goal for the store.
