We are looking for dependable hardworking individuals with good work habits, and abilities to minimize downtime of all equipment, and operate the facility at its maximum efficiency. In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated. Duties and Responsibilities can include the following:

• General house-keeping of all maintenance areas including refrigeration system

• Complete the required paperwork
• Complete and log tasks as requested
• Battery changing and maintenance
• Equipment inspections, as requested
• General maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance inside and outside of the facility

  • High School Degree preferred
  
  Experience
  
  • Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required
  
  • Knowledge of general hand and power tools
  
  • Previous residential maintenance experience
