This position offers uncapped commissions in a high demand industry, considerable career and financial growth opportunities, pre-set appointments scheduled for you by our high caliber national inside sales team, and custom tools and CRM to help you build your pipeline.

Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for running appointments set by our Inside Team, as well as generating their own opportunities through prospecting. This role is 100% B2B and requires a candidate who is competitive, results driven, optimistic, and has an insatiable drive to achieve.

We offer a lucrative compensation package that rewards hard work and results:

• Base salary plus an uncapped commission structure (target of $80K total FIRST year salary and compensation)

You have:

• A minimum of 1 year B2B Outside Sales experience.
• The ability to create strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Self-motivation and the ability to succeed in a results-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal skills (in-person and on the phone), as well as listening and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organization and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
• A desire to cultivate stellar relationships with Leadership and peers.
• Experience utilizing a CRM
