Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Day Janitor/Porter. As a DayPorter, you will be responsible for performing various facility cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our client

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be on task and on time always
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with client and team members
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

This is a long term full time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 730am to 4pm. 40 hours per week with some opportunities for overtime and advancement. Starting wage is $18 per hour depending on experience.
