Position and Responsibilities

BSS is seeking a Assistant Project Manager who will work from our upcoming new office in Grapevine, Texas. The successful candidate for this position must have the skills, experience, and proficiency to perform the following responsibilities:

• Provides excellent and consistent client service to all clients on a continual basis.
• Troubleshoots product-related issues and leads interaction with clients on resolutions.
• Leads client retention programs, including planning and implementation.
• Utilizes available tools to ensure appropriate metrics are captured, summarized, and reported regarding client retention, client satisfaction rates, and product adoption.
• Successfully conducts product launches either online or in person.
• Follow established best practices and assist with maintaining best practice documentation.
• Performs a variety of ad hoc tasks for the organization as deemed necessary.
• Participates in product development and technology innovation meetings.
• Participates in weekly projects and production meetings.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• National and international travel may occur from time to time.

Experience

· Minimum three years’ experience in client services and product presentations.

Job Type

Compensation:

· $40,000 to $45,000 per annum.

Work Remotely:

· None, unless BSS management believes is necessary.
