Warehouse Supervisor - $50,000 to $60,000 with KPI bonus

BPI is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor on to join our team. This position manages the warehouse floor, supervises the activities of the load crew, loading procedures, oversees the loading of material on trucks, and other duties assigned.

The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while managing orders and truck routes.

This person will need to be a team player and can lead and manage staff daily.

To supervise the activities of the night load crew, loading procedure, oversee the loading of material on to trucks, and other warehouse activities.

Must sign off and will be accountable for each trailer before sealed up.

Create and distribute the truck routes daily.

Monitor the weight of each truck load.

Monitor and reduce overtime as needed.

Determine materials to be loaded onto trucks.

Be active in all aspects of the warehouse with cross training.

Supervise the night crew.

Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor on Day Shift.

Requirements :

Pass BPI’s forklift certification course.

Proficient use of a hand-held scanner.

Safety focused.

Be able to lift 75 lbs.

Capable of working in a changing weather environment.
