Job Skills / Requirements
Summary/Objective:
We are looking for a determined and energetic Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to help us grow our business! The Telemarketer/Appointment Setter will make outbound calls to potential customers to share information about our company and explain how our products and services can enhance their facilities. The Telemarketer/Appointment Setter’s ultimate goal will be to increase the volume of sales calls/appointments that result in a closed and won outcome.
The opportunity is open to remote work or in office, whichever is preferred.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Conduct sales and marketing calls and knowledge of sales techniques.
- Provide qualified lead appointments to Sales team for proposal opportunities.
- Maintain list of upcoming RFP’s company should be participating or considering participating in.
- Maintenance of CRM system to include data tracking.
- Assist with sales presentations and proposal development.
- Provide productive feedback on materials and approach.
