What You'll Do:

As a BMD Inc., Local Delivery Driver(NO CDL required), you will safely operate a26’ box truckloading, unloading, and delivering high-end windows and door and accessories from the BMD Inc., distribution center in Galt, CA to customer homes and job sites in Northern California (~100 mile radius). You will occasionally work in the warehouse receiving and inventorying products. A typical work week is from Monday to Friday and from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid class D driver’s licenses (NO CDL required) and have a safe driving record.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a pre-employment DOT physical and be able to perform the physical demands of the job (occasionally exert up to 100 lbs.)
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work history of being dependable, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively working in a team-centered and fast-faced environment.
• Warehouse/delivery experience, reading delivery paperwork (bills of lading, manifests, etc.) and familiarity with warehouse managements systems/RF scanners is preferred.
