Windows & Doors By Brownell a BMD company is seeking an Installer. Windows & Doors By Brownell believes in the product we sell, the employees we have and that the customer experience matters. We are an employee-owned (ESOP), specializing in the retail, residential, commercial and installed sales of the Marvin product with two Marvin Design Gallery Showrooms in Williston, VT and West Lebanon, NH.

The Window and Door Installation tech will be responsible for the quality installation of Marvin Windows and Doors and like products by maximizing today’s air and water management techniques, following manufacturer installation recommendations, and completing interior and exterior trim.

Essential Functions

· Responsible for following onsite direction from lead Carpenter or production Coordinator

· Following WDB installation techniques

- Installation of windows and doors

· Making sure floor protection is laid prior to install

· Communication with homeowners and fellow carpenters

· Responsible for proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles

· Pickup at the end of the day and leaving job site clean

· Loading and unloading truck, disposing of trash and return of tools

. Communication with homeowners and carpenters.

. Window & door installation, construction, carpentry, handyman

. Renovation, commercial & residential experience, woodworking, and carpentry apprentice

Desired skills and experience:

· Experience with carpentry, construction, and woodworking

· Ability to prioritize

· Excellent communication

· Great attitude and customer service oriented

· Attention to detail
