We're seeking a skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Technician II to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the optimal operation and comfort of our clients’ facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules, including:

• Inspecting and servicing HVAC systems (e.g., boilers, chillers, air handlers)
• Maintaining plumbing systems (e.g., faucets, toilets, drains)
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems (e.g., lighting, outlets)
• Painting, drywall repair, and carpentry
• Minimal Rotational On-Call schedule
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Remodeling experience a plus
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems effectively
• Commitment to safety and quality

Special Requirements:

Occasional: Lifting of 50-100 pounds.

Frequent: Lifting of 25-50 pounds.

Standing, sitting, squatting, bending, and occasional climbing.

License/Certification:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive between jobsites for this position.
• Must have or obtain CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification within 1 year of hire date. (Company Paid)
• Must have or willing to obtain a boiler’s license. (Company Paid)
