Job Overview:
We are seeking a renovation material estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately complete job walks to produce material lists and measurements for the materials required to renovate apartment units. This role provides essential support to ensure seamless communication with our customers.

Duties:
- Conduct job walks and produce material punch lists for unit renovations
- Data entry and assist creating material quotes

- Meet 3rd party vendors at sire for material deliveries
- Promote products and material to onsite staff for unit turns
- Provide order entry portal training to onsite staff to increase online orders

Skills:
- Proficient in measuring and documenting cabinet and room dimensions, sketching floor plans and kitchen layouts.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills for accurate record keeping and analysis
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence to ask questions and communicate effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
