This position is responsible for team leadership, new client intakes and coordinating care for members, and program growth and development. The responsbilities of this role will also help provide training and supervision with team staff member, and organize and track annual team trainings for staff. This role provides assistance with on boarding new team members, and new client member intakes and coordinating their with other team members or new hires. Candidate will provide additional leadership support with the organization's long term goals, overall direction, and sustainable growth. Qualified candidate should have innovative skills and is a natural leader with a desire to lead and develop a team; as well as excellent communication skills, is detailed oriented and organized, has excellent writing-typing skills with an ability to be highly adaptable and flexible. Candidate should excel at multi-tasking and is able to manage multiple tasks and or projects at once. * This role will also provide a minimum of face to face, weekly supportive community living/habilitation services to the client members of Builders of Hope, and will have a base minimum assigned caseload of clientele members. The role is a hybrid position; which includes working directly with clients 18 years or older who live with chronic mental health conditions, in addition to building a team of skilled professionals and assisting with growing client and staff member foundation. Candidate must be self-led and independent with executing the vision for the program and overall foundational goals for Builders of Hope. This role will be supervised by the Chief Visionary Officer.
